About Us

Tiffany Starha, MSN,  APRN, FNP-C brings almost 2 decades of healthcare experience to her practice, including 16 years as a dedicated Labor and Delivery nurse. During her time in L&D, she cared for women and families through some of their most vulnerable and meaningful moments, an experience that shaped her passion for compassionate, patient-centered care. 

In 2022, Tiffany earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of St. Mary to deepen her clinical knowledge and broaden her expertise. That same year, she completed advanced aesthetic training at the Pacific Northwest Aesthetics Academy, marking the beginning of a new chapter where she could combine her bedside experience with her passion for helping people feel confident, empowered, and naturally beautiful.

Now a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Tiffany is broadening her scope of practice to offer a more comprehensive approach to patient care. She blends her medical expertise with a warm, personalized philosophy—creating a space where patients feel heard, supported, and truly cared for. Alongside her aesthetic work, she is expanding into advanced wellness services that empower individuals to feel their best inside and out. 

Tiffany is the founder and solo provider at Opal Integrative Health, where she provides safe, evidence-based, and individualized care in a welcoming and modern environment. She is driven by the belief that wellness is deeply personal, and she is committed to helping each patient look, feel, and function at their best.

Born and raised in the Willamette Valley, Tiffany is proud to care for the community she calls home.
