Women's Comprehensive Care Membership

Personalized Hormone & Preventative Care for Women in Midlife

Midlife changes can feel confusing, frustrating, and isolating.

You deserve care that feels steady, informed, and centered around you.

At Opal Integrative Health, the Women’s Comprehensive Care Membership was created for women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and hormonal shifts who want thoughtful, relationship-based care, not rushed appointments or fragmented visits.

This is a space where your symptoms are taken seriously and your care is personalized.

What We Focus On

We provide evaluation and management for:

• Perimenopause & menopause
• Hormone therapy (when clinically appropriate)
• Sleep disruption and fatigue
• Mood and cognitive changes
• Vaginal and sexual health
• Metabolic shifts
• Preventative women’s health care

Your treatment plan is based on:

• Your symptoms
• Your medical history
• Risk assessment
• Laboratory findings (when appropriate)
• Shared decision-making

No two women are the same. Your care shouldn’t be either.

We do not bill insurance for membership services. This allows:

Hormone therapy is prescribed only when clinically appropriate and is not guaranteed.

You Don't Have to Navigate This Alone

You deserve time.
You deserve clarity.
You deserve care that feels intentional.

We are now welcoming new members beginning March 1st.

Call (541) 305-8722 to schedule your intake appointment or schedule online.

A personal note

I created the Women’s Comprehensive Care Membership because I saw how many women were being rushed through visits, the lack of access in our community, being told their labs were “normal,” and left feeling unheard.

Midlife changes are real. The symptoms are real. And thoughtful, structured care matters.

My goal is to provide steady, evidence-based support in a setting where you feel listened to, educated, and involved in your care decisions.

You deserve clarity. You deserve time. You deserve care that makes sense for your life. I look forward to supporting you through this journey.

All the best,

Tiffany Starha, FNP-C

No.

Hormone therapy is only recommended when clinically appropriate and safe. Some women benefit from lifestyle changes, nutritional support, or other non-hormonal options.

Treatment decisions are made through shared decision-making.

The Women’s Comprehensive Care Membership focuses on hormone and preventative women’s health.

It is not full-spectrum primary care or urgent care. We encourage all patients to maintain a primary care provider for general medical needs and emergency care.

Visit frequency depends on your treatment phase and individual needs.

Most patients are seen for an annual exam and periodic follow-up visits for hormone management and monitoring, typically every 3–6 months initially. This allows us to safely adjust therapy and ensure optimal results.

Membership requires a 3-month minimum commitment. After that, it continues month-to-month and may be cancelled with written notice prior to your next billing cycle.

Begin by scheduling a Women’s Comprehensive Care Consultation.

After your evaluation, we will discuss whether membership is a good fit for you.

Hormone balance plays a significant role in metabolism, energy, and fat storage. While hormone optimization alone is not a weight-loss program, it can support healthier weight management when combined with nutrition and lifestyle strategies.

Perimenopause can begin in your late 30s or early 40s, sometimes even earlier.

You may still be having regular cycles and experience symptoms such as:

• Sleep disruption
• Anxiety or mood shifts
• Brain fog
• Heavier or shorter cycles
• Fatigue
• Low libido

Hormone levels can fluctuate significantly during this time, and symptoms may appear even when labs fall within standard reference ranges.

If you are noticing changes that don’t feel like “your normal,” a comprehensive evaluation can help determine what may be contributing.

Hormone therapy is not the right solution for every woman.

During your consultation, we will review:

• Your symptoms
• Your medical history
• Your personal risk factors
• Laboratory findings (if appropriate)
• Your goals and preferences

Some women benefit from hormone therapy. Others improve with lifestyle support, nutritional changes, or non-hormonal options.

Care decisions are individualized and made through shared decision-making.
