Our Men’s Health program is designed to support men experiencing low testosterone or hormone imbalances that affect energy, mood, muscle mass, and overall well-being. Led by a Family Nurse Practitioner, our program combines medical evaluation, individualized treatment plans, and ongoing monitoring to help men feel their best. To ensure safe and appropriate care, all initial Men's Health consultations begin with a screening phone call with our Family Nurse Practitioner.
Initial TRT therapy visits cannot be scheduled online and must be booked by calling or texting office at (541) 305-8722. A $200 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of scheduling, and blood work is required.

Testosterone Replacement Therapy is a medically supervised treatment used to restore testosterone levels in men with clinically low testosterone. The goal of TRT is to alleviate symptoms and support overall health, energy, mood, sexual function, muscle mass, and quality of life.
Men experiencing symptoms such as fatigue, low libido, erectile dysfunction, reduced muscle mass, weight gain, brain fog, mood changes, poor sleep, or decreased motivation may be candidates. Diagnosis requires both symptoms and confirmed low testosterone levels on lab testing.
Low testosterone is diagnosed through blood work, typically drawn in the morning, along with a comprehensive symptom and health evaluation. Additional labs may be ordered to assess overall health and identify contributing factors.
Your initial visit includes a detailed medical history, symptom review, physical assessment when indicated, and lab testing. Once results are reviewed, a personalized treatment plan is created if TRT is clinically appropriate.
TRT may be delivered through injections, topical therapies, or other clinically appropriate methods. The treatment option is selected based on your labs, lifestyle, preferences, and medical history.
When properly prescribed and monitored, TRT can be safe and effective. We closely monitor hormone levels, hematocrit, PSA (when appropriate), and other labs to ensure safety and optimize outcomes.
TRT can suppress natural testosterone production and sperm production, which may impact fertility. If future fertility is a concern, this will be discussed during your consultation, and alternative treatment options may be considered.
Many men notice improvements in energy, libido, and mood within several weeks. Changes in muscle mass, body composition, and strength typically occur over several months with consistent therapy.
Follow-up visits and lab monitoring are typically scheduled every 3–6 months, especially during the initial treatment phase, to ensure effectiveness and safety.
Optimized testosterone levels can support lean muscle mass, metabolism, and fat loss. TRT works best when combined with proper nutrition, exercise, and healthy lifestyle habits.
Possible side effects may include acne, fluid retention, increased red blood cell count, or mood changes. Most side effects are manageable with proper dosing and monitoring.
TRT services are cash-based. Some lab work may be eligible for insurance coverage depending on your plan. Pricing and options are reviewed during your consultation.
Schedule an initial consultation to review your symptoms and complete required lab testing. Once results are reviewed, we will determine whether TRT is appropriate and create a personalized treatment plan.
